Chris has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, including Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets and has advised over 80 clients through Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on Equity Offerings, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Recapitalizations, ESOPs, Fairness Opinions, and Valuations. He has also worked with large and small businesses across a broad spectrum of industries including advising clients in the industrials, energy, business services, healthcare, consumer markets and information technology industries.

When he is not advising clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his family on Lake Erie during the summer and snow skiing out West during the winter.
